1:1 coaching for individuals

Aimee Woodley, professional transformative coach, smiling warmly in a coaching environment

Hi I’m Aimee, an EMCC accredited coach with over 25 years’ experience across leadership, learning and development, and coaching.

I work with people who want more from their career and life but feel a bit stuck on the how. Maybe your confidence has taken a knock. Maybe you’re questioning the path you’re on. Or maybe you know change is needed, but the next step feels unclear.

That’s where coaching can be helpful. Through a neuro-inclusive and non-directive approach, I create a space where you can pause, reflect, and explore what really matters to you. Coaching with me isn’t about being told what to do — it’s about uncovering your own insights, building self-belief, and moving forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

If you are considering coaching you’re welcome to book a free 30 minute discovery session where we can chat about what you’re looking to achieve, any hurdles you’re facing, and how I can help.

Who I work with

I’ve coached people at every stage of life — from senior leaders in business and government, to those just starting out, taking a career break, or focusing on life at home. What matters to me is making coaching accessible. My pricing is the same for everyone, because wherever you’re at, you deserve the chance to explore your potential.

How we’ll work together

Coaching with me is a partnership. I provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where your voice is heard, your values are respected, and your goals stay at the centre of the conversation.

Through reflection and open dialogue, you’ll uncover your own answers and create lasting change.

FAQS

  • Coaching is a process designed to empower you to find your own answers, encouraging personal development and self-discovery. A coach supports you in setting goals and creating strategies for achieving them. Mentoring, on the other hand, involves a more experienced individual guiding you, sharing knowledge, and offering advice based on their own experiences.

  • I’m based in Windsor, Berkshire, and yes, I offer online sessions via Microsoft Teams. This setup provides a flexible and convenient connection, no matter your location, ensuring our sessions fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. For local businesses, I’m also available for in-person coaching, bringing transformative growth directly to your doorstep.

  • The duration of our coaching relationship can vary depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients achieve their objectives in one session, while others may choose to continue for a longer period of time. I have found anywhere between 4 and 6 sessions is most beneficial. We can discuss what works best for you during our initial discovery session.

  • The ideal frequency of coaching sessions varies, but here’s a general guide:

Weekly: Starting out with weekly sessions can help establish a strong foundation and quick progress.

Bi-weekly or Monthly: As you start achieving your goals, meeting every two or three weeks can be effective for ongoing support and accountability.

As Needed: Once you’re on track, you might only need sessions occasionally, like once a month, to maintain your achievements and keep the momentum going.

Remember, the best schedule is one that fits your unique needs and the pace at which you’re comfortable growing

  • The amount of work involved will depend on what you’re looking to achieve. It’s a collaborative effort that requires commitment and action on your part, supported by the guidance and accountability I provide.

  • I bring a special mix of empathy and encouragement to the table. It’s not just about listening; it’s about supporting you to uncover your own answers and potential. My approach is customised for you, ensuring the changes we make are positive and genuinely lasting. It’s personal, it’s impactful, and it’s all about sustainable growth.

  • Absolutely! Discovery sessions are your chance to dip your toes into the coaching waters. We’ll chat about what you’re looking to achieve, any hurdles you’re facing, and how I can help. It’s a free, no-commitment chat to see if we click and if my coaching style suits your journey.

  • Confidentiality is paramount in transformative coaching. I prioritise client privacy, creating a safe space for open exploration. Measures include a confidentiality agreement, adherence to ethical guidelines, and secure communication channels. All client information, including personal stories, goals, and progress, remains strictly confidential. While exceptions exist (such as legal obligations or imminent harm), I take data security seriously. Clients can trust that their information is secure, and I encourage open communication. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of my coaching practice, allowing clients to grow with confidence.
