This work is for organisations facing complexity rather than quick fixes. It supports leaders who are holding a lot, navigating change, or making decisions where the answers are not obvious.

I work as a growth advisor and thinking partner, offering senior reflective support alongside the realities of organisational life.

The work is conversational, thoughtful, and grounded in what is actually happening, not theoretical models or off-the-shelf frameworks.

Support is usually offered through ongoing advisory relationships, often on a retainer basis.

This is not consultancy, and its not therapy. I’m not there to deliver a fixed solution or tell you what to do. I don’t take on operational responsibility or arrive with a pre-set agenda.
Instead, I work alongside leaders as a thinking partner. Coaching principles underpin the work, but the focus is always on real-world organisational challenges, context, and relationships.
