I work with leaders and organisations who want space to think clearly, make better decisions, and move forward with confidence and integrity.

This work is for organisations facing complexity rather than quick fixes. It supports leaders who are holding a lot, navigating change, or making decisions where the answers are not obvious.

My core corporate offer is a structured six-month leadership coaching partnership for senior leaders navigating complexity and responsibility. It includes:

  • Six 90-minute coaching sessions over six months

  • A 20-minute tripartite alignment conversation in session one with the leader and their stakeholder

  • Clear focus areas agreed together at the outset

  • Confidential, in-depth work across live leadership challenges

This creates shared clarity from the start, while preserving the confidential space needed for meaningful coaching.

This often includes:

  • Space for leaders to think clearly and gently challenge assumptions

  • Support with decision-making and direction

  • Navigating change, growth or transition

  • People-led growth and leadership development

  • Making sense of complexity across teams or functions

How the work is structured

Support is most often offered through structured leadership coaching partnerships, typically delivered over six months. I also offer shorter programmes or ongoing support where it makes sense.

This allows:

  • Continuity and trust

  • Space to think over time, not just in moments of pressure

  • Responsive support as situations evolve

I may work with individual leaders, leadership teams, or alongside internal functions such as communications, learning and development, or people teams.


How this is different

This is not consultancy, and it’s not therapy. I’m not there to deliver a fixed solution or tell you what to do. I don’t take on operational responsibility or arrive with a pre-set agenda.

Instead, I work alongside leaders as a leadership coach and thinking partner. Coaching principles underpin the work, but the focus is always on real-world organisational challenges, context, and relationships.

I bring over 25 years’ experience across marketing, communications, learning and development and leadership. I’m an EMCC Senior Practitioner.
